What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 pipeline run (insight generation). Each time you analyze your data and generate AI-powered insights, it uses one credit. Credits reset monthly.
Do all plans get the same features?
Yes! Every plan includes full access to all intelligence features - causal analysis, decision frameworks, LLM-enhanced insights, benchmarking, and more. Plans differ only in how many credits (pipeline runs) you get per month.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get additional credits immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Pay annually and save ~16% compared to monthly billing. That's like getting 2 months free.
What happens when I run out of credits?
